Vocational Subjects

Electronics (200 Marks) (Aided Section) Only 25 seats are available for this subject out of which 52% are reserved for Backward Classes, as per rules. Only those students of the General Science stream who are admitted on or before the date stipulated by the College and who have applied for the Vocational Subject would be considered for admission to the vocational subject as per rules laid down in the matter. Such selected students will not be required to offer a second language and Biology, while the rest of the students who are not selected would continue to offer the subjects under the General Science Stream.

Unaided Section : (200 marks) Introduced from the academic year 2007-08 on an unaided basis for students admitted under General Science Stream.

Computer Science: 50 seats

Electronics: 25 Seats

The above being non-granted, additional fees of Rs.10, 000/- per student will be charged.

Students who are offering IT subject they will have to pay additional fees As per the rule. The Students are advised to refer to the admission form for the combination of subjects available and select the group of optional subject of their choice. Students offering Sanskrit will be eligible for a scholarship of Rs.300/- p.a.
